Thanks Mark. That's a simple fix. Likely pulled it loose working on the cluster. I'll move the ground to the body behind the lights.

The headlight ground has gone away. That lets both the high and low beam voltages feed back to the high beam indicator, lighting it in both cases. I like to ground the headlights at the lights themselves rather than relying on the long shared ground wire back to the dash ground cluster.
