I was surprised and heartened to have seen paint on that rim. (supporting evidence rig actually has lower miles?) Rim colour is very similar to what I saw at frame under radius rod bushing. It's almost a museum piece!

But there's something I never would've considered re: alloy wheel. Good tip.
