I had also written - on the napkin - "just after billboard for black bear" then it says "blu_3149_060424-92.rm" 
Also on napkin "exit 773" and 
"Golden Fair Campgrounds" 

I do not recall why I wrote this cryptic message to myself ... But putting golden fair campgrounds in Safari brings us to-
