The reason God hasn't made me a billionaire is that he knows that if I had that kind of money, I would be all over this suggestion.

I'm thinking a full length fairing for a recumbent bicycle, with all space-age ultra-light materials, like these:

except with this window jiggered in on the "driver's side" for optional ventilation.

Then actually take it to races and stuff. Maybe hire a professional to race it for me, who is fast enough to beat the other competitors despite the extra weight, and then before he crosses the finish line he opens the window and waves back at the other participants.
