Cheap electric heater will heat the interior of the van quite nicely and
not kill you in the process.  Just have to have an electric source.  Or you
can spend $1000 on a Propex and install.  I think for most folks just
finding an rv park with an electric plug in is the simplest and cheapest
way to go.
