The one on mine is pretty simple. Just some brackets/bars mounted to the chassis. It didn't come with the blade, but I'd guess that it was very basic.

As I recall, the snow plow on the syncro has a different nose on the transmission. That nose has a PTO so as to power a hydraulic system for the plow. Similar in appearance to the decoupler nose, but different.
