Over the years I have dealt with bolts getting stuck inside sleeves quite often. The control arms and shocks. I get out the oxy-acetylene torch and water cans. The trick is to burn out the rubber in such a way the flames stay small. What a mess. Then with the rubber out of the way I burn the bolt and sleeve on the bolt head side. Of course you need to be careful not to damage the side flanges. Then the side with the nut removed will fall out.
For hardware you need to get the correct bolts and nut. P.C. 10.9 and fine thread. I like adding hardened washers and using lock nuts here. If the connection loosens at all the side flanges will get worn out real fast and then you will have a welding repair.

OK, that's what I thought. I can get the nut off the bolt on the outboard, but can't drive the bolt out of the bushing. It will have to be cut, and I was wondering what tools would or would not work.
