Well, when I wrote The Skylight Guy, you should have known that I meant t3technique! No wonder they are not on The Skylight Guy's webpage.... ;-)

Those are the ones I have and like better than the ones from Eurocampers (...etc) that I had before.

I will say, concerning fit, that the Weathertech ones I got from Eurocampers several years ago did not fit my '87 Syncro Westy but did fit my '81 air-cooled. Steve understood and sent a different set which fit my Westy. I did use some black RTV to stick them up in place and not slowly drop down with window actions.

The t3technique version fits fine with the clips that hold them in place, although the passenger side one doesn't fit totally tight down at the lower end of the L. It doesn't seem to affect anything and I have had them for a couple of years. I have not tried any RTV to hold that lower end in the channel-- it just doesn't seem to matter.

My vote is for the design of the t3technique version over the Weathertech--in terms of wind deflection with the window open.

Richard
