You may need to do some real troubleshooting here. Be careful the wires did not get crossed to the sensors. The switches are reversed logic. The low pressure is normally closed, opening with sufficient pressure. The higher pressure switch is normally open, closing and completing the circuit when pressure is sufficient. If needing a higher pressure switch, go to the dealer and be sure to get the correct one via part number. They have changed the dead band between make and break to reduce the falsies and it works. The part number is 068919081A.

The buzzer started going. Looked at the wires and found the high pressure sensor’s wire unhooked. Re-connected and the buzzer was still going. Then I found one of the wires broken. Went ahead and took both of those old, hard wires off from both sensors. It’s an ‘85 with a 2.1 engine. So, I made new wires to the sensors, re-connected both of them nicely and the buzzer is still going. I’m surprised because it was always good before. It goes off over the 2000 rpm, that makes me think it must be the high pressure sensor’s fault. OK, I will buy a new one and will change it as soon as I have time for it. I hope, that will fix it. Zoltan
