It could also just be DirtyConnectors on the IdleControlUnit ~ So 1st UnPlug

the I'C'U' from its Socket & Spray some GoodQuality ContactCleaner in the Socket

& on the Blades of the I'C'U' & even use a WireBrush on the Blades if they look Bad ~

I'm assuming you've already Sprayed some Cleaner into the IdleControlValve ~
