Hi Dean. For sure. yes. Can and will remove that pad. (need a new 1/2" drill anyways ;) Assumed I'd use arm as-is but now see that pad has to come off no matter what.

It's a time thing. Shipping a new pad takes time. Really want to put this bus back into service asap.
