Wow... So, I have my van for one reason, to go to old-time music
festivals. You can tell the difference between bluegrassers and
old-timers: Bluegrassers show up in their big RVs, leave their
generators running all the time, sit inside watching TV in the
air-conditioning, and have little trailers on which they carry their
golf carts to carry their big, fat butts and their big heavy banjos up
and down the little hills.
I don't use my fridge; I have coolers full of beer. I don't have a TV;
I come to play music. I carry my banjo on my back up and down the
hills. I put my kids to bed at 10, play till 5 AM, get up at 9 AM when
they do, cook 'em breakfast on my Coleman RoadTrip grill. I hang out
and talk and play with my friends all day long and most of the night.
The only noise that really bothers us in the middle of the night is RV
generators and bagpipes.
You carry your attitude about life and what you want out of it with
you. And you go where you find that life. Go where the RVs aren't
welcome and you and your like are. Life is much more chill that way.
My two cents...
