Best bet is to replace the switch. You may want to check the current draw of the motor. The switch failing is usually a symptom of the motor going bad. The additional current draw causes the contacts to weld or the switch itself to begin melting.

Hi all, The switch on the blower is doing something weird. It won't turn anymore. Stuck on the 3 setting. If I hold it hard to the far right, the blower will turn on, but as soon as I let go, it stops. Is there a way to fix this bugger?
