Best bet is to replace the switch. You may want to check the current draw of
the motor. The switch failing is usually a symptom of the motor going bad.
The additional current draw causes the contacts to weld or the switch itself
to begin melting.

Subject: Front Blower switch

Hi all,
The switch on the blower is doing something weird. It won't turn anymore.
Stuck on the 3 setting. If I hold it hard to the far right, the blower will
turn on, but as soon as I let go, it stops. Is there a way to fix this
bugger?
