New ones are $80+ once all is said and done. But they are a relative bargain to the days when the list price was almost $300. With used ones running $45+, I would just go with a new one which even comes with new lock cylinder and key. Even if you had to rekey to match your existing key, you'll be starting out with a fresh, unworn lock mechanism.
