Do I have to purchase seat brackets that the seat will slide on? I see bolts/nuts to remove the actual swivel part but can the runners for,the seat come off? cut the welds to the bottom swival plate and weld a piano hinge down the one side. ive seen it done before. that way you can slide your seat out and then flip the swival base up to access underneath. |
