That would be very basic trim W163 ML230 or ML320, W163 being the 1998-2005 (first) version. 16-in wheel

Doubt any USA models were ever so fitted, but could be surprised.

FWIW, Mercedes part number is 163 401 01 02.

Mercedes wheels, of course, are designed to be centered on the hub via the center opening and not via the lug bolts.
