The limiting factor is the nut and if used washer. The 18ft/lbs is for a P.C. 10.9 nut with a high quality wave washer. The proper nut will have the "10" and manufacturer mark stamped on it. Also make sure the stud is fully seated so that the rocker sits flush on the base, not suspended on the taper of the stud. If using a P.C. 8.8 nut it may deform and loosen over time. BTDT.

I've been looking for this in the BENTEY but have not found it. I think it 18 ft/lbs but I would rather know than guess.

Does anyone know what it is?

John
