Is there anyone who would know what to do with this? Zoltan You can pull out the Vent insert, and tighten the screws on the front of the evap housing that hold the blower motor (between the two air outlet. That should do it if the fan motor is loose. If the squirrel cages have a lot of play once the motor is tight, then that motor bearings, or possible one of the cages is cracked. Either way you have to pull the entire cabinet and evaporator housing down to get the fan motor out. You can juggle it around and "hinge" the whole housing down (passenger side hinges down) and get the fan out without disconnecting the evaporator lines, but it's a pain, and you have to be careful to not crack the plastic evap housing. I've done it single handed (but I was younger), but it's really a two person job. I modified mine last time I had it out so that I can now pull the cabinet straight down and out without disturbing the evaporator housing. I can email some pics if you're interested.
