That is usually the culprit. People use the door to climb in and out. The hinges rarely wear out. I've been able to fix most of these with a floor jack and a 4x4 under the flat area near the rear bottom of the door. It takes a bit more effort than you may think...

You might try just lifting on the door. Often the doors sag cause someone hung on it when it was openening....
