Not saying this is the likely cause, as there's much more knowledgable
folks than me commenting in this thread, but its my misunderstanding
that a Vanagon fuel system can show
good pressure but still have a poor delivery rate.

My theory: if fuel tank has enough debris in it,
after the 30", that debris could block the pickup as fuel gets sucked out.

your fuel tank may be different though.

Also, assuming your bus doesn't have a pre pump filter, there
is a screen at the inlet of your fuel pump. Maybe dirt-debris
could bunch up at this screen and block it after 30" ?

And, could a clogged cat cause the same symptoms?
