As I've mentioned before on here, I have a 5 gallon plastic bucket, which I use with biodegradable plastic bags and "Poo Powder." Waste gelled by Poo Powder can be legally disposed in any solid waste receptacle. This is for camping, not for beside the road. But for beside the road, gosh, facilities are generally available.
