Jim, you need to read your policy before you let the driver get away with that. The policy calls for extraction, not just towing, even describing under what circumstances a second truck will be dispatched to assist in extraction. Of course, I don't know the situation you were in. There is a caveat for excluding a non-public road. But many public roads are not paved. mcneely
