Kevin, I have actually used the sandwich adapter for the oil pressure gauge sender. That is the easiest, and least pain install for the gauge sender. There is no room for a sender by the water pump (.9 bar) and to monitor at the .3 bar port is a pain since you have to use some type of hose or pipe to get the sensor out from under there and up on the top of the engine. Hose or pipe means possible leaks, you have to deal with pulling off the lower engine tin which can be difficult if you aren't doing the exhaust system (as you are doing). Sandwich adapter is so much easier. Take the oil filter off, install the sandwich adapter with whatever sensor you want in there (it has four ports) and put it together so the sensor is clearing the exhaust pipes and water pump pulley (not difficult). Put the oil filter back on. You can keep the stock two oil pressure sensors and the buzzer system if you wish without any T's, etc. I have the sandwich adapter on my website if anyone wants to buy it or just look at it so they know what we are talking about. http://www.vanagain.com/shop/oil-filter-sandwich-adapter/
