I did finally find the "definitive thread" on the topic:

While I have not had time to pull the fwd main fuse panel and inspect, I will be surprised IF this is NOT the source of the problem.

ALL looks good in the engine compartment wiring box though.

I will inspect the fwd panel this weekend and will No doubt have a question on how to repair what I find.
