I think part of the issue is that the Vanagon.con site isn't attracting new members. That site used to be the go to for new Vanagon owners. It hasn't changed in several years and that is hurting the list. It needs to to brought up to date. A WordPress site with a forum, articles, pictures, maps of Vanagon shops, etc.

Just my opinion.
