I'm not doing all of the seals…just the felt channel "Top & Rear Of Door Window". http://www.busdepot.com/255837709.

It sounds simple: Roll the window down Peel away old seal starting where it butts up at the back of the door Cleanup surface Check length and Re-install new seal Use some "body trim adhesive" to glue it back in place (if it was used in in the first place)

When things sound too simple, I like to check if I've not done it before. I think I'll do it tonight!
