I’m still planning to install them but I’m going to consult with the man who painted my van this past fall. I want to be sure I’m doing more good then harm by installing them. I must have been imagining that they said something about snapping in. I’d sure like some info on how they are meant to be installed. I was also hoping they would help with sound reduction. > > > My driveway is now a ice lake as we head into Vermont mud season. so I’m beginning to get hopeful that the van is not far from a dry spring day drive. > > Eric Caron > 85 GL Auto Westfalia > > > > >> On Mar 18, 2015, at 5:25 PM, Edward V Barger <edvbarger@MAC.COM> wrote: >> >> Have been looking at these wondering if the top side was fitted with noise damping paint or other material would it help with road noise dampening >> >> I am thinking of only the front wheel wells seems like a lot of road noise comes up through the front wheel wells >> >> ed >> >> >>> On Jan 6, 2015, at 7:08 AM, Raimund Feussner <ray@V6BUS.DE> wrote: >>> >>> http://www2.vwbus-online.org/forum/forum_entry.php?id=1610110 >>> >>> Lots of Photos.
