I have the single screw spring compressor and it's was worth every penny to me. If your near westerly,RI area email if you need it. The reason this spring compress is mentioned around the forums is the Go Westy 2wd lift springs. You cannot get the fronts in without compressing the spring. The mentioned compressor doesn't scratch the powder coating/finish on the springs. I look at it this way. The safe quality tool is almost what my insurance deductible is. If you have any inkling of my injury track record as a few on here do. You would see it as money well spent.
