I got the combo tire rack & bike carrier. My spare is still under the front, so I will adapt the tire carrier for water & gas. These are pricey, but built well and are well designed. Also I can keep my original bumper. http://www.telusplanet.net/public/gary2a/rack/vanagonrack.htm Jon
