With the seat being 23 deep, and the area above, less wide, like 13 deep, folding open could at most mean 23 deep top, lining up with 23 deep bottom, means 3 inch deep back on the passenger side.

I guess a TV could be permanently goose necked from the cabinet in the driver side.
