That’s the right shutoff valve. So, open it a bit with nothing connected, and gas should come out. No doubt it will if there is gas in the tank, and then you’ll know the lines you have for the Buddy heater are causing the problem. Be sure you have tightened the hose to the tank tightly. If you still get no flow, it’s likely a poorly fitting or incompatible quick connect on the hose end. There is a one way valve inside it.

Almost there!

Stuart

Thanks Stuart, I believe this is what I got

http:// <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> www.protanksupply.com <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> / <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> propane-cylinder-valves <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> _ <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> detail.asp <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025> ?ID=6025 <http://www.protanksupply.com/propane-cylinder-valves_detail.asp?ID=6025>

It attached to the shutoff and pressure relief valve. One side is a T for a line I was going to run inside for the heater, the other is that quick connect fitting.

Is that incorrect? might be getting somewhere finally!

I did redo the fill valve and standard 80% valve... So getting it in is no problem, getting it out is the issue!

Thanks, for any guidance
