You need to drive it to warm it up fully, and change the oil on a level
surface. Always drain warm oil on the level.
Next time, change the oil at the end of the season and store the van with
fresh oil.
It's best to have fresh oil with its full complement of undepleted additives
and no gas, water, etc. in the crankcase during storage. Drive it a bit
before storing to coat everything, and use a good trickle charger to keep
the battery charged.
Then just drive off in the spring and change oil as needed. With any luck
you won't have the stuck lifter tapping I always do, but if you do, just
drive it at 60 mph until it stops, usually about 20 minutes for me.

> Usually, before I get Lola going after hibernating for the winter, I
change the oil. I moved last fall and Lola has been sleeping under her
carport. As I get ready to wake her up, I realize she is parked on an
incline. (Rear higher). Not a steep incline, but enough for a ball to roll.
Would it be ok to change as is, or should I move to level ground, or a least
switch directions? (Rear lower)
