There's a new technology, well not that new, to hide behind these days. It's the text message. The standard procedure is list an ad on CL, wait 5-10 minutes and the uber low-ball offers start coming in. I think a lot of people just flip stuff and look for a cheap easy deal.

CL does not have an exclusive on low ballers and bottom feeders. You'll get some of the same kind of response from the samba... So many of these folks have a ton of courage when they are sitting behind their all powerful keyboards but few would dare make such ignorant statements and silly offers to your face
