Subject: Quick and dirty headlight buzzer for 2.1l
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed

Take a polarized buzzer that won't buzz if the polarity is backwards, and solder on the ends of the leads two little tabs of flashing copper, 1/4" wide and 3/8 long.

Pull fuses S20 and S19. Insert the copper on the positive lead partway into the S20 socket and plug the fuse back in so the copper is trapped between fuse and socket contact. Do the same with S19 and the negative lead. Try the headlights. Attach the buzzer nearby with foam mounting tape.

S20 is the parking light circuit, and S19 is connected to the 15 circuit that is switched by the ignition key. If lights are on but key off, the buzzer will sound.

Yrs, d
