Just as a heads up to the "old heads"  who think they have their finger = on the pulse of online trends...

Mailing lists for as far back as 1997 have sent out notices to list = members reminding them of their subscription status and how to change = it.

The default has been to not alter but inform and allow for new = information to alter the listserv view.

Please let's not lead by anecdote where yours is bigger (or in this case = older) than mine.
