This is time for a learning lesson in DC Electricity. Find the battery under the back of the front seat and open the cover ,there are 2 posts on the battery one is marked (+) and may have red nearby ,the other post is marked (-) and has black nearby now follow each wire as far as you can until it bolts to the body. The one that bolts to the body is ground. This is a simple test and will always tell for sure if your car Neg or Pos ground. Not trying to be a smart ass just trying help the OP understand how to understand what he is looking at.
