I'm curious if you can point me to that ad copy. I wonder if they have anything to back it up. I looked it up and GoForm is a Chinese tire made by Shandong Guofeng Rubber And Plastic Company. In one blurb (in broken English) they claim that "the quality is the same as Hankook" but of course that doesn't mean anything.  I cannot find any evidence that they actually have anything to do with Hankook.
