Two people, an oil saturated 1/4" cotton rope, and the real trick, liberal application of silicone spray to both the rubber and the opening.

I'm sure you know about the rope technique, but for the cabinet you need have the rope ends meet in the bottom middle of the groove and leave enough to grab from both sides of the cabinet.

Forget about soap, silicone spray is the key, it's nearly impossible without it. It may take two people on the outside to position and push on the window edge while you pull the rope. Work both bottom corners in first, and then alternate the other two corners.

It will pop right in! Hopefully.

Stuart

Hi to all the masters of this Great List,

I am trying to install a T2 left rear window and it’s a b tch. I wonder if any of you have ever done it or know someone who knows how to do it. Top of it, it is for a camper where the cabinet is in the way. Even with great patience it is not something I can do, having new seals. There must be a way, which I’d like to know. And the window has that rectangular vent window with it too, just to make it more “fun”. Anyone? Zoltan
