Thanks Dennis. A 3/8" drive crows foot I purchased looks like it won't handle the 100+ ft-lb torque required. I also purchased a new shallow 7/8" 6 pt. impact socket. I'll cut it shorter then weld a a plate steel arm and possibly a socket to that for torque wrench. Given your Loctite suggestion due to added length, is calculating a new torque value basically moot?

I found it interesting that on spare arms I'm sprucing up, none of the 8 bolts in question had washers. They're also shorter than what I found on the arms I'm replacing.
