I have my 1987 Vanagon at a shop right now doing a complete restoration and the estimate is $8,000. Ths is all they do is restoration I bought all the weather stripping from one of the vendors that is on the list and that cost about $1,200.

This encludes replacing the front steps in the front and putting back the graphics that were put on the vehicle when I bought the vehicle in 1999.

I used Macao one time on a little Datsun (Nissan) and the paint pealed on in a short time.

Guess you get what you pay for!

Chris S.
