Not necessarily a must have, that combo. I keep about four new ones on hand
all the time BUT one time on the night before a trip from Alabama to New
York in a Vanagon, that bulb went out. I went to my FLAPS and bought the
bulb and installed it in the holder after removing the old one. I remember
it took patience and a desk magnifying glass, but it worked. Best to get
the combo if you can. Common to enough models that you could pick up at a
dealership if you happen to be passing one before nightfall.
