I'm not a fan of the "beep beep" greeting (having brought up to consider the horn a warning device), but I make it a habit to give other Vanagonauts a wave -- and usually receive a waveback in reply.

However, tf the other person is driving a bay window or splittie I wait for them to initiate the greet. One must respect those who precede us.
