Stephen, first of all I wouldn't say this mechanic is lousy just not thorough . I suspect it is a learning curve. They came recommended. They probably are great with air cooled engines. The WBX is the question. All my concerns were addressed promptly without question. So I feel their customer service attitude is good. It's just the back and forth 100 + mile trip to get things corrected bothered me an added expense
