Start by checking residual fuel pressure as per Bentley, fuel pressure regulator, "fuel pump check valve", "injector leaking", etc.

>Engine cold or cool, struggles to start. Continue cranking, two cylinder online, then three, then all four. It coughs, sputters as if clearing ones throat. Rev the engine just a bit one time, then all is fine. But on any stop, even though the engine idles smoothly, upon acceleration, I have to lead the clutch with a little bit of throttle to rev the engine or it bogs as if a cylinder has dropped out, but with that tiny goose of the throttle, the cylinder catches and away it goes like there is no tomorrow.
