ever hear of the phrase "if something's too good to be true then it probably isn't"? that would apply in this case.

it was a good old fashioned craigslist scam. i should have figured.. there was no plates or inspection sticker on the vehicle (a red flag), and because there was no seam rust it probably wasn't in PA anyway LOL

oh well. Ad has been flagged.
