Is your AC inadequate below 40mph? Most likely need more heat transfer through your condenser. Fan speed problem, shrouding, or dirty.

Patti, Ken Wilford(NJ) went through my AC system two summers ago and it is still blowing cold. I still kinda giggle when my cheeks go numb. Below 40 mph is inconsistent. He cleaned up the wiring, gaskets, and replaced the compressor and drier, among other things. I had to have a new hose built with the old fittings from a CA ac shop. I couldn't find any local shops capable. So, it can be done. I grew up in SoCal and I'll take your 100 degree dry heat over NJ's 90 with humidity any day.
