Just ask for refrigeration tubing. Can be bent, flared, brazed, etc. Can handle >40 psi. Resist the temptation to use compression or slip on connectors unless specifically listed for natural gas or propane.

Some may disagree but I'd suggest getting your 3/8" pipe from an RV shop. Tubing wall thicknesses vary. It's my understanding that the RV type tubing has a thicker wall than that used for plumbing.
