Subject:   Fuel flow issue 83.5 1.9 WBX
Content-Type:   text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Suggestions please: Fuel delivery problem. If I squirt some fuel into the intake downstream of the AFM the engine starts right up and runs until the fuel is gone. I did the fuel pump rate test as per Bentley and had near zip output. Went through the system from the tank nipple (blasted some air in there to blow out any blockage-fuel runs fine,), Replaced the fuel filter, disconnected both ends of the post pump to "T-pipe" connector and blew out the line. Checked flow again at the pressure regulator return outlet. No flow. Removed the input hose from the T connector and ran the pump again. Good fuel flow to the T pipe but none at the return pipe connector. Engine still does not run. What do I do next? 83.5 water boxer, Thanks Don
