Is that really what is called "minor seam rust"? The panel above the seam is bubbling, which I have been told by body shops means that it is pretty much shot and would have to be replaced. Maybe I should put my absolutely no rust 1991 Volkswagen Vanagon GL Campmobile up for sale, say at $22K. That is, if I wanted to sell it, which I don't.
