Hey folks.

A while ago, while installing my van-cafe heater hose kit, I recall
having a tough time
slipping the upper hose through the seal at body and onto the valve at
rear heater.

If that hose were "too long" into the under seat area, (hose pushed
slightly too far),
could it stress the valve enough to cause the O ring to fail?

My guess is that it was a combination of an old O ring and stress put
on that part during, and after, hose install.

If anything, this might serve as a warning to other folks?
Hopefully this was the source of my coolant use.
